TSZR

TSZR is short for Three Six Zero Recordings, the recorded-music arm of Three Six Zero, the international artist-management company Mark Gillespie and Dean Wilson founded in London in 2007. sources don't agree on when the label itself started: Wikipedia and Discogs both point to a 2014 launch through partnerships with Warner Music and Warner Chappell, relaunched in 2018 as a joint venture with Sony Music, with Pete Tong named president that June. the label's own current site gives no founding year at all and now describes itself simply as "an independent record label distributed by gamma," a distribution deal reported from march 2024. a separate ADA/Warner Music Group agreement was also reported in february 2025, and we couldn't find anything reconciling how the two coexist.

it's run day to day by Nick Dearmun, general manager out of the Los Angeles office and formerly a marketing manager at Columbia Records, and Sam Hutt, head of A&R out of the UK office, who previously produced Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 show. Hutt drew the label's own contrast plainly, in Beatportal's "Label of the Month" feature: "We're not a label that's fronted by an artist like Cloonee's Hellbent Records or Chris Lake's Black Book, etc., or part of a major label infrastructure, so in order to compete and sign the best, we have to think outside the box." on the sound: "our pocket is contemporary house music ranging from deep-tech to the big room sound."

57 artists we track have released on it, listed below, the label runs a recurring video/mix series called "Full Circle Mix," showcasing roster artists, and hit a 100th-release milestone with Chris Lorenzo & aMo (Um)'s "HOTS 4 U." Beatportal called it the top-selling label in the minimal deep-tech genre for 2025, a claim from that outlet we haven't independently corroborated elsewhere.
