Benni Ola

🚧 bumpy los angeles, california house / bass house vocals 🎧 in rotation · 5 🧃 🚧 🌴

Benni Ola is a los angeles-based singer, songwriter and poet whose husky, soulful voice has turned him into one of dance music's go-to feature vocalists. his catalog runs through collaborations with TOKiMONSTA, JPEGMAFIA, and Channel Tres, and his own sound blends soul, hip-hop and spoken word into productions built for the club.

he started as a poet, not a singer, drawing and writing stories since childhood before folding spoken word into song. that instinct still runs through his lyrics, which touch on themes including his nigerian upbringing. it's front and center on Chaos Theory, the two-part EP he built with producer Daktyl for TOKiMONSTA's Young Art Records, part one out in may 2023 and part two that september.

I wasn't looking, I've always been someone who told their story and who told stories, and art has always been by my side since I was a child.

from there his voice landed all over house music: bass-house cuts with Body Ocean on Night Bass Records, the hook on Kormak's 'Satisfy' for Catch & Release, a team-up with J. Worra on 'Crushin'' via Three Six Zero Recordings in 2025, and turns on Hot Creations, Needwant and Future Disco. most recently he traded verses with Walker & Royce and Odd Mob on 'Can't Say Nah' for Insomniac Records, and in august 2026 landed on 'I Don't Think I Can Stop,' a team-up with Max Styler and Kuuda on Nu Moda.
