a name check first, since it matters here more than usual: this page is about the house and dance record label Club Sweat, a sub-label of the Sydney label Sweat It Out. it is not the unrelated fitness and elliptical-workout brand that shares the name on instagram and a linktree, we checked those accounts directly and ruled them out. this page never links to that brand, and neither should anyone reading it.

resident advisor lists Club Sweat as founded in 2013, based in Australia. no source names an individual founder for the imprint specifically, the person publicly tied to running it is Danny T, per Sweat It Out's own GM Josh Kellett in 2018: "the emergence and growth of our sub-label Club Sweat (run by our own Danny T) has been amazing to watch too." "run by" isn't the same as "founded by," so that's the title we're using. the label's own resident advisor bio describes a relaunch: "Club Sweat has been laying dormant for a little while now... this no nonsense, no frills subsidiary label of Sweat It Out was created as an avenue for us to release music we love without an agenda."

the flagship series is the Workout Series, numbered VA compilations running from volume 1 through at least volume 24 since 2016. the catalogue is active and current, weekly releases running through august 2026. 39 artists we track have released on it, listed below, early standouts include Purple Disco Machine's "Body Funk" (2017) and "Emotion" EP (2019), through to recent releases like Steve Lawler's "Tiny D" and Wongo's "Funky One," both 2026.
