babert grew up in desenzano del garda on the shores of lake garda, italy, and got his first record player from his older brother at 14. he became the youngest resident dj at queen club in verona at 19, then spent time in new york studying disco at its source before moving into production as babert.

his breakout record is Time After Time, released in 2019 on soulfuric deep. in 2026 he put out Deeper Love on his own label.

babert founded Disco Revenge, a disco edits and originals label that has grown past a hundred releases and is now his main outlet.
