Hellbent Records

Hellbent Records is Cloonee's tech house label, founded in march 2022 with a single owner. the first release, "Tripasia" with Brisotti, came out 25 march 2022, and the label runs out of Los Angeles. it settled early into a tagline it still uses today, "good music for bad people," which now sits in its SoundCloud bio and its site's own meta description. Cloonee laid out the thinking at launch, via Music is 4 Lovers: "If you're looking for a label with major chart appeal, then this isn't it. Hellbent is a complete passion project, every record signed is strictly a record I play in live sets. My choices are not swayed by how big an artist is or how well I think a record can do. It simply comes down to whether I want to play or hear the record in a club, and I hope this honesty shines through."

the label's own site, hellbentrecs.com, is a Shopify merch store rather than a release hub, it sells apparel including a Hellbent x LA Galaxy collaboration, so it isn't linked here as if it were a catalogue page. notable releases include "Sippin' Yak" (HB026, 2024), "Stephanie" (HB035, featuring Young M.A) and "Good Girl," a Beatport #1 that opened the run into Cloonee's debut-album era. two Deezer copies, HB026 and HB043b ("Not Gonna Be Your Boo," featuring Robin S.), list the major-label imprints Polydor and Columbia rather than Hellbent, a contradiction we're printing rather than resolving, and it likely traces to Cloonee's growing major-label crossover work. 28 artists we track have confirmed releases here, listed below, and a 29th is likely, one credit reads GREG (BR) and another reads GREG 99, unconfirmed whether that's one act counted twice or two separate ones, so it isn't folded into the linked count.

the name collides badly. an unrelated American punk and horror-punk label has used "Hellbent Records" since the late 1990s and still turns up in the same Deezer label searches through 2024, alongside an unrelated solo artist called Mal!, a Norwegian project called Hellbent, and an American metal band called HELLBENT. Discogs itself splits the real label across three pages, only id 3641069 is it. Cloonee's debut album, "Are You Still You?," was announced 6 october 2026 as a joint release from "Good Music For Bad People and Hellbent Records," and his two most recent 2026 singles list "Good Music for Bad People" as the Deezer label instead of Hellbent, unconfirmed whether that's a rename or a second, closely tied branding umbrella. no radio or podcast series exists, but two real various-artists compilation runs do, "Welcome to Hell" (six volumes) and "Hotter Than Hell" (three volumes), alongside live takeover events at Club Space Miami, Brooklyn Army Terminal and Factory93.
