GDB

GDB is AYYBO's label, and it describes itself in four words. the bio on its own soundcloud reads "label by @AYYBO" and nothing else. Crosstown Rebels puts it more fully in their bio of him, that founding GDB RECORDS let him show his versatility and independence. no source anywhere states a founding year, so the catalogue has to stand in for one: the first release, his own "NEW DANCE", came out on 28 november 2022, which beatport and its apple copyright line both confirm. the three letters are his own catchphrase. he told mp3 mag in march 2023 that GDB stands for "god damn baby" and that it came out of a dream about yelling it on the mic at a festival.

the label has never written down what it sounds like. the beatport page carries no description at all, so the only genre statement on file is machine made, beatport's own tagging, which puts the catalogue across tech house, minimal and deep tech, indie dance and bass house. the release history says more than a blurb would. one record in 2022, two in 2023, then nothing whatsoever through 2024. it came back on 1 october 2025 with "Giddy Up" by Gabss, the first record on it by anyone other than AYYBO, and it has run at roughly one a month since, nine of them in 2026 so far.

eight of its tracks survived the skip test this year against one the year before, the sharpest jump on the wall, and it lines up exactly with the relaunch rather than with anything older. nine artists we track have released on it, listed below. the newest record is "U Can Feel It" by JØRD with GESUS (BR) and Galli J, out 16 september 2026. the label also threw its own night at Floyd in miami for music week on 26 march 2026, with AYYBO, Gabss, Millero and No Static billed. that is the only one it has thrown, so it is a night and not yet a series.
