JEAHMON! Records

record label indie dance · melodic house

JEAHMON! Records is Marc DePulse's imprint, and the exclamation mark is part of the name. the label's own SoundCloud bio puts it in one line: "JEAHMON! Records & JEAHMON! Redux both is the imprint of @marc-depulse." so a sister imprint, JEAHMON! Redux, sits next to it, with 27 albums filed under that name on Deezer, and it does not count here. Beatportal's label page reads "JEAHMON! Records is a German label founded by Marc DePulse in 2013, focused on Indie Dance and Melodic House." that is where the indie dance and melodic house tag above comes from, Beatportal's description rather than the label's, since the label never wrote a genre line of its own. the same page counts 120 plus releases, 20 million plus streams and regular Beatport chart-toppers, and calls the sound retro-futuristic and out-of-the-box. the printed name is JEAHMON! Records on Beatport, on the label's SoundCloud and in Deezer's label field on 210 albums, while the Bandcamp account is named just JEAHMON! and gives Leipzig, Germany as its location.

the founding is told two ways and the sources leave it open. Beatportal and the label's own SoundCloud bio put Marc DePulse behind it. Discogs, on the older of its two entries for the label, reads "Leipzig based label founded by [Jeahmon]", crediting an artist named Jeahmon, and Deezer's catalogue opens with that name: Jeahmon's Ningelprinz on 30 april 2013, then Einsauszwei's Black Drop on 3 may and Outstrip's Rainbow on 7 may. whether Jeahmon is Marc DePulse under another name is not answered by any source we read, so both readings stand. the base is Leipzig either way, per Discogs and the Bandcamp location, and Marc DePulse told Flow Music in june 2022 that he is based there. the newest single is Pysh's Green Shoes, out 9 october 2026 per Deezer.

the catalogue runs on series. Sushi Box, Piranha Picks (Vol. 3 in october 2026) and Fishtales (#6 in september 2026) are compilation lines on the label's Bandcamp and Deezer, and Beatportal dates Sushi Box Vol. 1 to 18 july 2025. Jeahmix! is a run of continuous mixes, #27 by Marc DePulse on 4 september 2026 and #28 by RIKO & GUGGA on 30 october 2026. the podcast How I Met The Bass is Marc DePulse's own show, not the label's.

Betoko, ID ID, Innellea and Tom Zeta are here as remixers, the rest on their own releases. Betoko's remix of Modeplex's My Spirits Addiction sits on Fishtales #2 (13 may 2022), ID ID remixed Deenara's Vesnyanka (30 june 2023), Innellea remixed Radeckt's Point of No Return (24 july 2017) and Tom Zeta has a remix on HIGHLITE's Odyssey (2020). HIGHLITE has Odyssey itself and many since, Rafael Cerato has Agora (2017) and more, Broken Hill has Streets Without End (1 september 2023), CATMOONK is on Sushi Box, Vol. 1 (2024 on Deezer) and has Race Car (17 january 2025), and Cabizbajo has Can't Hang (2 january 2026). 9 artists we track have released on it, a confirmed floor from a catalogue sweep, not the full roster: Betoko, Broken Hill, Cabizbajo, CATMOONK, HIGHLITE, ID ID, Innellea, Rafael Cerato, Tom Zeta
