BODEGA

BODEGA is the indie dance offshoot of Music is 4 Lovers, which calls itself a "Dance Music Blog, Record Label, & Event Company" and lists BODEGA on its own linktree as its sub-label. the parent's name is on the records too, the spotify copyright line on BODEGA singles reads Music is 4 Lovers, LLC. the label's own release copy names the person behind it. it calls Tyler Chase "label boss" on the first record and "BODEGA founder" on the seventh.

BODEGA is an Indie Dance driven sub-brand of Music is 4 Lovers built for house & techno purists who seek to explore something deeper.

the label's press copy, as run by findyoursounds on 23 september 2026. no person is credited, this is the label describing itself

the catalogue is eight months old and easy to count. BDGA001, "Face Down" by Tyler Chase, came out on 20 february 2026, and BDGA009, "Shiny Disco" by FLAMME, is up for pre-order on beatport with its street date still to come. that is ten releases, because BDGA007 came out twice on the same day, his Don't Stop EP and a Signal single filed as BDGA007B. beatport files every one of the ten under indie dance.

five of the artists we track have put records out here. Møsard made BDGA002, "All My Funk". Niv Ast made BDGA004, "Drunken Love", which the label called "BODEGA's biggest release yet". ASHER SWISSA and Ben Lipshitz made "FLUX", then Rem Siman followed with "BIG BOY". FLAMME's two-track Shiny Disco EP is the newest, a beatport exclusive pre-order for now.

it is not only a record label. its press copy says BODEGA "produces events in San Diego, booking artists like Yamagucci, Shaded, and more", which makes Yamagucci and Shaded part of its story as bookings rather than releases. the Music is 4 Lovers linktree lists BODEGA nights by name, among them a BODEGA brunch at Kettner Exchange and a night with Jon Charnis and Tyler Chase at Vin De Syrah.
