Terms & Conditions Records is the label Tom & Collins built, and the two are not the same thing: the duo are the artists, the label is theirs. its own SoundCloud bio opens: "Terms & Conditions Records, founded by Mexico City duo Tom & Collins in 2020, champions sophisticated electronic music that bridges heritage with contemporary innovation through indie dance, classic house, and culturally-influenced releases." the same bio goes on about "The label's distinctive Mexican alebrije artwork". the duo are Jorge Corral and Juan Pablo Escudero, per Ticket Fairy, and the base is Mexico City, per the label's SoundCloud and Beatportal. the name comes in two lengths. Beatport and Deezer's label field print "Terms & Conditions Records", while the 2020 press, the Discogs entry and the party brand use the shorter "Terms & Conditions".
the first release was the duo's own Won't Give Up. Deezer dates it 6 august 2020 and Discogs files it as TNCR001. EDM Identity wrote that august that "this dynamic duo is taking things to the next level with their own record label called Terms & Conditions" and that Won't Give Up came "as the first track on the label". the years after were busy ones. Deezer files 248 albums under the label string, from august 2020 to 30 october 2026, and Metal Magazine says it went past 120 releases before the reboot. that reboot is Time To Party, Tom & Collins with DvirNuns, out 10 october 2025, the single Beatportal and Metal Magazine both cover as the label's relaunch. Beatportal's line is that it "dials things back from a high-volume output to a more selective, intentional approach", and Metal Magazine frames it as "merging indie dance shimmer, Latin rhythm and Mexican folklore", the magazine's words, not the label's. since then: Ring The Bell from Tom & Collins on 17 july 2026, Cabizbajo's Much More on 16 october and K.O (IL)'s 24H on 30 october, the newest release on the label.
Terms & Conditions also runs as a party. Ticket Fairy covered a Tulum edition with Polo & Pan on 2 january 2023, and Beatportal has the 2025 showcase run opening in Monterrey on 10 october 2025, the day Time To Party came out. on the compilation side there is the Hidden Jams line on Deezer, Vol. 8 on 27 august 2021, Vol. 11 on 17 december 2021 and a plain "Hidden Jams" on 1 may 2026, plus Best Of Terms & Conditions Records on 7 january 2022. no podcast, radio show or mix series turned up.
