SLAPPED is the label mitch oliver started. its linktree says it was established in 2023 by mitch oliver, his own instagram bio signs him as the founder, and the bandcamp page files it in montreal, québec. the one line of copy it uses everywhere is home of music that slaps.
deezer carries the earliest record found, mitch's Hidden Gem from december 2023. spotify picks up with Control Z with might delete later in february 2024 and runs through Secret, Mambo with andrew nak and Can You Take Me Higher, plus records from forgivemetommy! and joyia, cocho, valdovinos and manuel falardeau, and the summer compilation A Fleur De Son. Real Badman came out on 2 october 2026 with a remix from bákayan, and U Wanna, with a cristina lazic remix, on 21 october. both went into our friday crate.
the label throws its own nights too. SLAPPED x CraneSessions closed ADE 2026 at the faralda crane hotel in amsterdam on 25 october, and the instagram has a takeover of MAD Radio NYC with kuná announced for november.
