Glyne Brathwaite has been behind the decks since the early 1990s, with ministry of sound, pacha and fabric among the rooms he has played.
the risk assessment name started turning up on labels in 2016, when guesthouse music put out Baby Move Your Butt. more followed on that imprint through 2017, and by 2020 he was on midnight riot recordings with Soul Glo Days, on no fuss records, and on phoenix music.
in april 2023 he took the whitney houston song It's Not Right But It's Okay and cut a version with the us vocalist monica blaire, released by foliage records.
since 2022 the bulk of his output has come out on Stereo:type, and every record in that catalogue is his own. one of them is a re-release of Beep Beep, an early disco edit that first landed on midnight riot.
This was one of my first disco edits and it uses samples from Barry White and Donna Summer. It first came out on Midnight Riot and now coming with a re-release on my own Stereo:type label.
