Peggy Gou was born in Incheon, South Korea, moved to London to study, and built her name out of Berlin. She runs her own label, Gudu Records, and her 2023 single (It Goes Like) Nanana turned her into one of the biggest crossover acts in dance music.
Her 2024 album I Hear You landed on XL Recordings, with guests including Lenny Kravitz and Villano Antillano. Recent cuts keep the reach wide: Wo, man with Ayra Starr, a remix of Madonna, and the club track D.A.N.C.E. back on Gudu.
The sound stays the same across all of it: warm, melodic house built for peak-time rooms and daytime alike.
