joseph capriati grew up in caserta, in southern italy, and made his first records in 2007 for analytic trail and globox, two of the labels that shaped naples' techno scene at the time. he now splits his time between italy and barcelona, spain, where he keeps his studio.

he became a fixture on drumcode, releasing his second album, Self Portrait, on the label in november 2013. in 2016 he started his own label, Redimension, and in 2020 he put out the album Metamorfosi, a title he later carried over to an ibiza residency and, in june 2025, to a new label of his own called Metamorfosi Records.

metamorfosi records' first release paired him with Dennis Cruz on "No Sleep," out in 2025.

he built his touring career on a residency with the music on parties at amnesia in ibiza starting in the summer of 2012, and by 2013 he was playing more than 130 shows a year across 25 countries.

The creativity, and being excited to create, that's a blessing.
