calussa is two brothers from miami, Andrew Gomez and Gino Gomez. they make afro tech and latin house, and the cuban side of the family turns up in the records about as often as the city does.

that label was Hurry Up Slowly, launched in 2021 with the miami artist malóne as an event brand that became a record label. in may 2025 they started a second one, NUSONIDO, opening it with the White Tiger ep alongside ben miller on 23 may 2025. their insomniac records entry is Noche Y Dia with fuego, 5 july 2024, which sits on the sung latin side rather than the percussion side.

they play the club room at hï ibiza on 30 september 2026, the closing wednesday of both jonas blue's senses run and the MEDUZA and James Hype our house season. before that they are at westlight rooftop at the william vale in new york on 23 august 2026 for paraiso sunset.
